The Vet Team That Beat the Odds for Ben
When Ben was found on the street, he was barely holding on. His fur was rough and unkempt, he was vomiting, weak, and the skin around his face was severely irritated and crusted. He had almost no strength left.
Our team rushed him to Animal Mama Veterinary Hospital & Emergency, where they immediately provided emergency night care 🌙. After examinations, Ben was diagnosed with Mycoplasma pneumonia and required hospitalization.
During about one week of intensive treatment, Ben fought hard 💪. Thanks to the dedication and care of the medical team, he gradually regained his strength. Although he sadly lost vision in one eye, his life was saved — and that is what mattered most.
After he stabilized, PPAWS also kindly supported Ben by providing blood tests and vaccinations 🩺💉. We are truly grateful for their warm and generous assistance.
Soon after, a foster stepped forward, and then a loving family opened their hearts to him 🏡❤️. Today, Ben is safe and cherished in his forever home.
